ENROLLMENT INTO CLASSES

Enrolling into a class is easy. You can call us at (337)-484-3244 and we can walk you through the steps. You can log on to our website, click on the link for classes and register your child there as well. We do ask that if you are unsure of where to put you child, or do not know your child's level, please give us a call and we will be more than happy to test your child or assist you in any way. Class enrollments can occur anytime during the year. Classes do fill up quickly, but you can be put on the wait list. After enrolling into a class, you will receive an email confirming your enrollment.   

Weekly 30 minute Classes: $80 per month/1 day week

Weekly 45 minute Classes: $95 per month/1 day week

Weekly 1 hour Classes: $95 per month/1 day week

Weekly 1.5 hour Classes: $112 per month/1 day week

Weekly 2 hour Classes: $122 per month/1 day week

REGISTRATION FEES: These fees are our annual session fees that occur during registration.

All programs: Summer session: $50

                       Fall session: $80

                       Spring session: $80

*If you sign up for the spring session and are currently enrolled in the fall session, the registration fee is waived.

*If you begin classes in the summer, you will be charged $50 registration fee. To continue in the Fall, you will be charged the difference to fulfill the $80 registration fee. 

Warrior Ninja Program Uniform Fee: $15

*If your child moves up levels you will only be charged a uniform fee.*

Sibling discounts are offered for immediate family members only. The second child will receive a 10% discount, the third child a 15% discount, and any additional children will receive a discount of 20% on their first class.

​

Multi class discounts are offered for each additional class per child.  First Class at full price, Second Class will receive $10 discount, Third Class will receive $20 discount, and so on.
Example: Class 1: $95, Class 2: $85, Class 3: $75

MONTHLY TUITION is due on the 1st of every month. We do take checks, although we encourage you to register with a credit/debit card. By placing a card on file, you are agreeing to automatically be charged on the 1st of every month.

Late Fee Policy: If we have not received your payment by the 5th of each month there will be a $25 late fee charged. Tuition will be auto drafted on the first of each month via the form of payment provided at registration.

Buyout Fee: If you choose to unenroll your child in the middle of a session, you will be charged a buyout fee of $150 at the time of your unenrollment.

SAFETY

Makeup classes are only offered during holiday breaks. An email will be sent out ahead of time in regards to these classes. Classes will run a normal schedule during a makeup week and you are to attend only if you have missed a class during the previous session. 

Safety is number one on our priority list. All programs offered at Lafayette Sports Academy can be a dangerous sport. Coaches are trained to use safe coaching procedures and to teach proper safety rules. It is required that a waiver is signed with registration for each child prior to any participation in a Lafayette Sports Academy class or activity. I understand all children are very important, and as a parent I will not interrupt class instruction time. I will go to the office for assistance during class times. 

Boys are to wear tucked in t-shirts and shorts, girls are to wear leotards without a skirt or a tucked in t-shirt and shorts; baggy clothing can cause a safety risk to your children and our coaches. Hair must be pulled back neatly and securely away from the face so that is stays up for the entire workout. No jewelry. Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. No shoes are allowed in the gym, all children must be bare foot during class (unless otherwise told to by coach). Personal items should be left on shoe shelves located in the lobby. Lafayette Sports Academy will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your child's personal items are marked with their name.

FOOD AND DRINKS

In order to keep the gym nice and clean NO food and drinks are allowed inside the gym. You may keep a closed water bottle on shoe shelves for water breaks. We also have a water fountain available in the gym.
