OUR COACHING POLICY: At Lafayette Sports Academy, we take tremendous pride in what we do. It is our duty to keep our athletes safe, motivated, inspired, and challenged. We understand that each athlete is unique. We strive to coach each athlete as an individual as well as a team member. Coaching our athletes in an honor. We understand that how we guide them today will have an everlasting impact on how they perform tomorrow and always. If they do not believe in themselves, we have nothing. We strive to make our athletes champions in life as well as on a team.
